Mentor Flier

SCI and Woburn Public Schools are launching a mentoring program in which students receive guidance from adult mentors to help them build life skills and achieve their goals. Mentors will meet with students at Woburn Memorial High School, twice per month for roughly an hour. Initially the program will operate on Mondays and Fridays, so potential mentors can let us know which day they would prefer to volunteer. Through the program, mentors will provide advice, support and direction to students who need extra help. Training and support will be provided to mentors.

Leaf Raking Flier

On November 7th and November 10th, volunteers will rake leaves for seniors in the Woburn area! If you are interested in participating, please contact Pip Gonatas at pgonatas@socialcapitalinc.org. Volunteers will be matched with seniors based on location proximity and should bring their own leaf raking supplies!

This program is sponsored in part by the Woburn Council on Aging.
