Boys & Girls Club of Woburn

The Woburn Youth Council (WYC) is a program designed to place young people in middle and high school in leadership roles to help address community needs. Under the guidance of AmeriCorps advisors, council members are able to participate in community service opportunities based on their interests. Members will earn volunteer hours for each meeting and service-learning event they attend and are eligible for service awards based on those hours. The WYC meets every Tuesday at the Club, from 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

The Boys & Girls Club of Woburn is a proud provider of excellent afterschool opportunities to more than 350 youth each afternoon. To keep fees low so that families can enjoy the Club, the Boys & Girls Club relies on community support through a variety of events, including the Annual Carnival. They are currently seeking volunteers for Friday May 16, Saturday May 17, and Sunday May 18.
