This Friday, starting at 11am and running all weekend, will be the annual Greek Festival at the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary, Greek Orthodox Church.
 
Stop by for guided tours of the church, live Greek music and dancing, children’s activities, and more!  For a schedule of the weekend’s events, children’s activities, and a menu of the foods offered, click here

The festival will run from 11am-11pm on Friday and Saturday, and from 11am-8pm on Sunday.

Be sure to head over to Jack Marlowe Park for The BrickYard’s free concert this evening, May 30! Tonight’s featured group is North Shore Acappella, www.northshoreacappella.com.  The show will begin at 6pm; bring your own lawn chair.

St. Anthony Festival

St. Anthony Festival

St. Anthony of Padua Parish will hold its annual celebration in honor of its patron saint Saturday, June 9, 2012, beginning with the 4:00 Mass.  Immediately following the Mass a procession will be held carrying the church’s statue of St. Anthony.  Following the religious activities, the parish’s traditional St. Anthony Festival will take place for the remainder of the evening, featuring food, beverages, games, music, raffles, amusements and entertainment for both adults and children. 

Sunflower Planting!

The Woburn Public Library will be holding a sunflower planting on Tuesday, June 5, at 3:30 pm.  All ages are welcome to come help plant the seeds!
