Upcoming Event: St. Anthony Festival

On Saturday, June 3 from 5-11pm, the St. Anthony Church in North Woburn will be hosting its annual festival in honor of the patron Saint Anthony. It will be held at the grounds of the church at 851 Main St., Woburn MA. Mass will take place at 4pm, followed by the festival beginning at 5pm.

The festival will feature the Soul Shakers Band, music by DJ Master Scratch, amusements, food, beer & wine, children's games and lots of chances to win great prizes! Library Park Blues Festival

Join the Blues for Veterans Association for the first ever Library Park Blues Festival and show your support for local veterans!

Headlining the music festival will be Ronnie Earl and the Broadcasters along with other entertaining Blues acts.

Tickets are $20 per person and children under 12 attend for free.

Library Park Blues Festival for Veterans

The Blues for Veterans Association will be hosting the first ever Library Park Blues Festival on Saturday, August 24th from 11:00 a.m.- 11:00 p.m. at Harrison Ave. in Woburn.

Headlining the music festival will be Ronnie Earl and the Broadcasters along with other entertaining Blues acts. Tickets are $20 per person and children under 12 attend for free. All profits from the festival will be donated to charitable organizations that support local veterans and their families such as: the American Legion Operation Comfort Warriors, H.O.T. (Helping Our Troops), Friends of Woburn Veterans and the Edith Norse VA Hospital in Bedford, MA.

There will also be a Friends of Woburn Veterans Motorcycle Run sponsored by Patriot Riders of America. Registration in the motorcycle run includes admission to the Blues Festival.

The Blues for Veterans Association was organized by local business women and men along with local citizens whose common goal is to show our veterans we care.

The United Methodist Church will be hosting a Fair Trade Craft Festival on Friday, November 30 and Saturday, December 1. The festival will take place in the West Hall.

A variety of items will be on display such as Guatemalan jewelry, Nicaraguan crafts, local crafts, crafts from NuPath's Mercantile shop and much more!
