On Saturday, April 26 the North Suburban YMCA will host Healthy Kids Day. This event will take place at the North Suburban YMCA located at 137 Lexington Street in Woburn from 10 am until 1 pm. This is a free community event to inspire more kids to keep their minds and bodies active. The North Suburban Y is joining a national initiative to improve families’ health and well being. The day will feature games, arts and crafts, and more to motivate and teach families how to develop healthy routines at home.

Join the North Suburban YMCA on Saturday, April 27th from 10AM-1PM for Healthy Kids Day!
Everyone is invited to attend this FREE community event.

There will be tons of fun activites including:

  • Facepainting (10:15am-12:30pm)
  • Make Your Own Scrub (10:15am-12:30pm)
  • Skincare 101 (10:15am-12:30pm)
  • Fun with Food (10:15am-12:30pm)
  • Kiddie Nail Polishing (10:15am-12:30pm)
  • Strong Legs (10:15am-12:30)

Enter the Kids Coloring contest here for a chance to win a free three month membership! Bring or send your artwork to the YMCA to be entered into the contest.

Healthy Kids Day is an annual event to get kids moving and learning, and families living healthier! Healthy Kids Day is the Y’s national initiative to improve the health and well-being of families and to help them get a jump on creating a healthier summer.

YMCA events feature fun active play and educational activities that will inspire kids to carry a spirit of excitement and exploration. Bring the whole family and come dressed to play!
