Join us on Friday, August 11 from 6-8pm for our final Horn Pond Summer Concert featuring the acoustic duo, Mike Moore and Steve Kelly! The concert will take place on Sturgis Street, alongside Horn Pond, on the flat grassy area known as Ice House Park. This concert is sponsored by Lamacchia Realty, Inc.

Bring your family, friends and lawn chairs to Ice House Park to enjoy an amazing acoustic duo! Mike Moore and Steve Kelly have been performing together for many years, including rock, pop and alternative music. This concert, along with all other concerts in the series, is free to the public.

Join us on Friday, July 28 from 6-8pm for our fourth Horn Pond Summer Concert featuring the Irish band, Boston Rovers! The concert will take place on Sturgis St., alongside Horn Pond, on the flat grassy area known as Ice House Park. This concert is sponsored by McCue Garden Center, who will be serving up some grilled sweet corn for free!

Bring your family, friends and lawn chairs to Ice House Park to enjoy an amazing Irish trio! Boston Rovers will be performing traditional Irish music as well as some sea shanties and dance tunes. Rain date: FRIDAY, AUGUST 4, 6-8pm!

Boston Rovers consists of Paul Harty, Jim Murray and Taylor Whiteside, all who have been performing for many years. Along with traditional Irish music, they will be performing some sea shanties and dance tunes as well. This concert, along with all other concerts in the series, is free to the public.

Horn Pond Summer Concert for Kids with MaryBeth Maes!

Mark your calendars! The Horn Pond Summer Concert Series will hold its third concert on Friday, July 14 from 6 to 8pm at Horn Pond, featuring MaryBeth Maes! The concert will take place at Ice House Park, along the flat, grassy area on Sturgis Street. This concert is sponsored by Kiwanis Club of Woburn.

MaryBeth Maes has been performing in New England for over 20 years! Her concert will be kid-focused and include lots of dancing, bubbles and interactive instrument playing. It will be a great time for the whole family, as MaryBeth is always sure to include some tunes that the adults will enjoy.

Los Sugar Kings to Perform at Horn Pond Summer Concert Series

The Horn Pond Summer Concert Series will hold its second concert on Friday, June 23 with Los Sugar Kings, a band who has performed for the series previously. The concert will be from 6 to 8 p.m. at Horn Pond, along the flat grassy area of Sturgis Street, otherwise known as Ice House Park. This concert is sponsored by Salem Five Bank.

Los Sugar Kings is a Boston-based Cuban Roots, Rock & Reggae Fusion quartet who write, record and perform across the Northeastern United States. They are known for their dynamic live performances, rich harmonies, intense musicianship and ability to transcend genres. Their music draws from Afro-Cuban Son, Salsa and Rumba-Flamenca, as well as roots-rock-reggae influences from nearly every continent.

The Horn Pond Summer Concert Series kicks off on Saturday, June 10 with the Austin Torpedoes, a band with local ties to Woburn who has performed for the series previously. The concert will be from 5 to 7 p.m. at Horn Pond, along the flat grassy area of Sturgis Street, otherwise known as Ice House Park. This concert is sponsored by the Woburn 375th Celebration. The Austin Torpedoes are a Boston-based band who perform an eclectic mix of tunes in their own distinct way. Their unique sound combines elements of many American musical styles such as blues, jazz, country, western swing and rock. The band covers songs by a wide range of artists including Duke Ellington, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, The Beatles and Chuck Berry.

This is the fifteenth year that the Horn Pond Summer Concert Series will entertain Woburn residents. The concerts are a perfect way to spend summer nights with your fellow community members and enjoy the beautiful Horn Pond area.
