Stop by the beautiful Mary Cummings Park on Saturday, December 1 from 10am to noon to take pictures with Burlington photographer Jon Sachs. Jon has extensive experience with nature photography.

Mary Cummings Park is the 12th largest public parkland inside of Route 128 and is located in Burlington and Woburn, off of the Cambridge Street town line. The park has 210 acres of woodlands, wetlands and meadows, presenting numerous opportunities for recreation and artisitic creations.

Monthly Photo Walk

Sat, 12/01/2012 - 10:00am

The Friends of Mary Cummings Park invites you to participate in their Monthly Photo Walk! Photo walks take place on the first Saturday of every month.

Do you love taking pictures? Then you don't want to miss this opportunity! The Woburn Guild of Artists (WGA) is offering a FREE art workshop for beginner to intermediate artists, and this week's class focuses on photography!

These workshops are great for teenagers and adults who have a passion for photography or simply have a desire to learn how to do it. If you have children that you would like to bring to these free art workshops, there will be a special date on December 1 for the children.

This week's photography class will take place on Saturday, November 10 at the A.C. Moore Art Store in the Super Stop & Shop Plaza, 2 Elm St., Woburn. To see the list of materials you will need to bring to this class, click here. For more information on these workshops, contact Joseph Leto at (617) 605-4673.
