Representative Jay Kaufman's award winning public policy forum, "OPEN HOUSE," is holding its third forum of the season on Thursday, November 15 at 7pm at the historic Depot in Lexington Center. The forum will look at the results from the 2012 national and state elections.

The guest speaker from the Democratic State Committee will be Massachusetts Democratic Party Chairman John Walsh. The guest speaker from the Republican State Committee will be Robert Maginn, Chairman of the Massachusetts Republican Party. Representative Jay Kaufman's award winning public policy forum, "OPEN HOUSE," is holding it's second forum of the 18th season with special guest and internationally known scholar Noam Chomsky. The special edition forum will be held on Monday, October 15 from 7-8:30pm at the historic Depot in Lexington Center (13 Depot Square).

Professor Chomsky teaches linguistics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is known as one of the world's great public intellectuals. Chomsky will be commenting on the lessons and legacy of Occupy Wall Street and the state of politics on Capitol Hill and Beacon Hill.

Representative Jay Kaufman will be holding his second forum of the 18th season of his award-winning "Open House" Series. The special guest for the evening will be internationally acclaimed scholar Noam Chomsky.

Professor Chomsky is an Institute Professor and teaches linguistics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.). Chomsky will be commenting on the lessons and legacy of Occupy Wall Street and the state of politics on Capitol Hill and Beacon Hill.

Representative Jay Kaufman's award winning public policy forum, "OPEN HOUSE", kicks off its 18th season with an interesting discussion about the two statewide November ballot questions; legalizing medical marijuana and physician- assisted suicide. Guest speakers Matt Allen, the Executive Director for the Committee for Compassionate Medicine, and Kevin Sabet, Spokesman for the Massachusetts Prevention Alliance will be joining Kaufman to discuss the pros and cons of the medical marijuana ballot question. The Death with Dignity ballot question will be addressed by guest speakers Attorney Jim Gross, President of Compassion & Choices of Greater Boston, and John Kelly, Director of Second Thoughts. This forum will take place on Thursday, September 20 from 7:00-8:30pm at the historic Depot in Lexington Center (13 Depot Square).
