Stealing Rembrandts
Hosted by the Woburn Historical Society at Woburn Memorial High School. Anthony Amore, Director of Security at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum and author of Stealing Rembrandts, will discuss notorious art thefts from around the world, including the Gardner heist. His book will be available for purchase.

Woburn Historical Society Presents Film "Churches Of Woburn"

The Woburn Historical Society presents “CHURCHES OF WOBURN”- A Plasma Films Production. Please join them on Monday, May 13th for the premiere of “History of Woburn Churches,” a film that looks at the early history and founding of 18 Woburn churches and their religious and social contributions to the Woburn community.

The film was created by the award-winning team of Kathy Lucero, Bob Maguire and Brian Ouellette. Refreshments will be provided after the program. Admission is FREE.

WMHS Band Annual Pops Concert

Join the Woburn Memorial High School Band for its annual Pops Concert!

Featuring performances by the Jazz Band, Colorguard, Drumline, and Concert Band.

The Pops concert is also "5th Grade Band Night" and features a special performance by 5th grade band students. 

Admission $5.00, students and seniors $3.00, under 6 Free

Celebrate the Arts at Woburn Memorial High School

On Monday, April 29th, Woburn Memorial High School (88 Montvale Ave.) will be hosting a celebration of the arts including a free art exhibit and musical performances.

The art exhibit opens up in the main lobby at 6PM. It will feature a comprehensive display of work from the visual art department including examples of drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, and computer graphics created by students in grades nine through twelve. 

The musical performances will kick off at 7PM in the Flaherty Auditorium. An evening of music will be provided by show choir, Accapella, chorus and senior solos. Admission is $5.00, students and seniors $3.00, and under 6 is free.

4th Annual Benefit Rock Concert at the High School

Join the Woburn Memorial High School (88 Montvale Ave.) for its 4th Annual Rock for a Reason Concert. Started by an SCI Youth Council mini-grant, these concerts, performed by high school bands, help raise money for important charities. 

This year's concert will raise funds for the American Cancer Society. The event will be held on Friday, April 26th from 6:30-9:00 p.m. Tickets are $7 for students and $9 for adults.

If you would like to purchase tickets, they are available at the high school in room E104 and also at the Kennedy and Joyce Middle School's main offices. Students may also purchase tickets during the X-Y and Z lunches.
