The forum is geared toward anyone in the community who is affected by Alzheimer's, whether it be a person recently diagnosed, family members and loved ones or health care professionals.

12:30 - 1:00 pm Lecture: "Improving the Doctor Patient Relationship for people living with Alzheimer's." by Wayne S. Saltsman, MD, PhD, CMD. Chairman Department of Geriatric Medicine, Lahey Clinic
