Join the City of Woburn on Saturday, April 15 for the Battle Road cleanup and dedication. The cleanup will be first, followed by the unveiling of a new stone monument during a ceremony and collation at the Briscoe St. entrance. The whole event is to honor the men from Woburn who marched along the road toward Lexington and Concord on April 19, 1775. The Woburn Historical Society and Woburn Historical Commission will also present a brochue highlighting Battle Road's history and the list of Woburn men who served.

This event is part of Woburn's 375th anniversary celebration. It represents an extraordinary opportunity to recognize the rich heritage of the great city of Woburn and the significant contributions of the men and women who have gone before us. Click here to learn more about Woburn's 375th anniversary.
