Learn how to keep your knees happy (or discover why they aren’t currently satisfied with how you are using them!) Using the methods from the Nia Technique and Yoga, the workshop teaches simple and efficient ways to take better care of your knees during a workout plus new ways to support healthy knee function through exercise using myofascial release techniques.
Led by Rosanne Russell, a Black Belt Nia instructor and member of the Nia Training Faculty. Rosanne is also a 500-hr Certified Yoga teacher who specializes in Yoga Therapeutics.
