Senior Issues Discussion Group
This week the discussion will be focusing on safety and security and how it is important to Seniors. Also discussed will be information about financial products offered for personal planning. This weeks discussion will be presented by Chandrani Jayasekera from the New York Life Insurance Company. The Woburn Senior Center is located at 144 School Street in Woburn.
A breakfast buffet for those attending the lecture will be served at 9:45am for $1 per breakfast, supported by “Friends Helping Seniors” and AARP Secure Horizons. Breakfast will be followed by the free lecture at 10:30am.

Directions to the Woburn Senior Center: From 128: Take Exit 35 (Route 38, Woburn/Wilmington). Head North on Route 38 and at the first set of lights coming out of the rotary (Stop & Shop will be on your left), take a right onto Alfred Street. Follow this winding road for almost a mile, bearing left at the fork in the road. At the end of the road you will come to a stop sign, take a left onto School St.
Council on Aging Programs are made possible by the City of Woburn and the Woburn Council on Aging (via the Executive Office of Elder Affairs) and “Friend’s Helping Seniors, Inc.” All Woburn Senior Center activities are handicapped accessible.
