The ninth Touch-a-Truck Show event is May 17, 2015 from 10 AM to 1 PM at West Cummings Park on Washington Street in Woburn. In previous years, this overwhelmingly successful free community event attracted more than 3,000 visitors. Exhibitors and spectators are welcome!
Touch-a-Truck is all about kids, trucks, public safety, and family fun. Enthusiastic visitors climbed on and touched more than 50 commercial vehicles ranging from aerial cranes to concrete mixers and dump trucks. As in previous years, we expect state and local police, military personnel, as well as fire and public works departments to be on hand with trucks and family-oriented safety demonstrations. In addition to the trucks and other vehicles, visitors will be able to enjoy food from local providers, giveaways for the kids, activities for young and old alike and a helicopter landing and taking off!
