Woburn’s Historic Tidd Home Launches New Web Site

WOBURN, MA, April 6, 2008— The Tidd Home, a unique residence for seniors, celebrates 120 years of providing safe and affordable housing that allows its residents to continue to lead independent, fulfilled lives.  As part of the more than $1.5 million in improvements and additions to the historic structure completed in the past year, the Tidd Home has recently launched a new Web site—www.tiddhome.org.  This new, colorful, and informative site offers visitors a tour of the facility in words and pictures, and provides all the information a potential resident or family member might need to make an informed decision.

“We are so pleased with the new site,” said Nancy Barnes, executive director. “The presentation and user friendliness really reflect the warmth and family-orientation we value so highly here at the Tidd Home.”  The Tidd Home is located on Elm St., a lovely residential area, and combines the gracious charm of the original Federal-era architecture and Victorian décor with the comfort and convenience of modern amenities.
