Bikram Yoga is great for beginners and advanced students alike. It is a scientifically designed system for achieving and maintaining health and balance in your body, mind, and spirit. It is a series of twenty-six postures, performed in a room heated to approximately 105 degrees, that work the entire body from the inside out and is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. CAN GO TO ANY ONE CLASS TIME A DAY
