Bikram Yoga is great for beginners and advanced students alike. It is a scientifically designed system for achieving and maintaining health and balance in your body, mind, and spirit. It is a series of twenty-six postures, performed in a room heated to approximately 105 degrees, that work the entire body from the inside out and is suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
