Virtual Circuit Workout

Circuit Workout using Light Weights, 3 to 5 pounds working (Triceps, Biceps & Shoulders) & Core working (sit-ups & planks) working both upper & lower body together to give you a great total body workout. All Levels welcome modifications given.
