Red Bridge at back of Horn Pond Lagoon

WREN presents "Horn Pond Out Back" on Sunday, May 15 & Thursday, May 19

Sat, 05/14/2016 - 12:13pm

Have you walked Horn Pond and wondered what was out in back of the Lagoon but were afraid to take that dirt road for fear of getting lost? Then come along on this free and open to the public walk on Sunday, May 15th at 9:00 am and on Thursday, May 19th at 4:00 pm. The Thursday program has a rain date of Friday, May 20th at 4:00 pm. Both walks will begin at Ice House Park on Sturgis Street.

This week, SCI received a letter from an anonymous Woburn resident about environmental conditions as the snow melts. After spending hours cleaning off the bottoms of our shoes from a recent trip to Horn Pond, we cleaned up the language a bit and have decided to share it.
