horn pond

This week, SCI received a letter from an anonymous Woburn resident about environmental conditions as the snow melts. After spending hours cleaning off the bottoms of our shoes from a recent trip to Horn Pond, we cleaned up the language a bit and have decided to share it.

“Dear Woburn friends,

Katherine Cota MacDonald, is teaching a free Yoga class from 7:30 to 8:30 on Tuesday nights at the lower level of Lynch Park at Horn Pond until the end of the summer. Lynch Park is located across from the end of Hudson Street. This class has been approved by the Woburn Recreation Department and provides a very relaxing location that may include a beautiful sunset.

Please bring your own mat and parking can be found either along Arlington Road or or in the parking area at the Clapp School. You can keep up to date with Katherine's class on her facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/yogawithkatherine.
