The Woburn Guild of Artists will be holding a Members' Demo on Thursday, Feb. 11, 7pm at New Horizons at Choate, Terrace Lounge.

The Woburn Guild of Artists is having an Oil Painting Demonstration at New Horizons Assisted Living & Nursing Home on 21 Warren Ave., Woburn, MA on Thursday, November 19.  The demonstration will be led by Tom Sutherland and held at 7:00pm.

Tom Sutherland holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Notheastern University.  He worked in the engineering field for twelve years until he turned a 'lifelong hobby of woodworking and a love of woodcarving into a full time career of sign making.'  read more »

At the annual member demonstration, Woburn Guild of Artists members will be demonstrating in different mediums.  The demonstration will be held at New Horizons Choate, Terrace Lounge at 7:00 on February 26th, 2009. The different paint mediums will be ranging from water color to woodcarving to working in pencil.  This is a chance for members to show off their talents and learn from each other as well as to mingle and snack.  read more »

CORRECTION!

The Woburn Guild of Artists will be sponsoring an Open Painting Workshop on April 4th.  This workshop will feature noted artist Randy Knowles.  The workshop will be open to non-members as well as members and will be held at the First Congregational Church in Woburn Center.  Randy will work with students in their chose medium of oil, watercolor or pastel.  read more »

This Thursday October 16th, the Woburn Guild of Artists will be presenting a demonstration by professional artist Kathy Cooper.  The meeting and demo will be held in the Terrace Lounge at New Horizons on 21 Warren Ave. at 7PM. The meetings are open to the public. Admission is free to Guild members, and there is a $3.00 fee for non-members.
