Please join the Blues for Veterans Association at the American Legion for a great night of music and support for our veterans! "A Night of Blues," a benefit to support our local veterans, will take place on Saturday, February 18 from 7-11:30pm at the American Legion Post 101 (199 Lexington St.).

Headlining the event will be Mr. NIck and the Dirty Tricks, and opening will be the Blue Troubadours with Larry Powers and Jack Kelly. There is limited space available. Tickets are $10/person.

13th Annual Army-Navy Football Luncheon

Scoreboard Sports Bar and Grill will be hosting this year's 13th Annual Army-Navy Football Luncheon on Saturday, December 10 starting at 2pm. Tickets can be purchased for $20 - includes a buffet lunch, silent auction, and raffle. The Blues for Veterans Association presents, "A Night of Blues," taking place Saturday, November 12 from 7 - 11:30pm. The event will be held at the Geroge A Campbell American Legion Post 101, 194 Lexington St. 4 Corners in Woburn, MA. The night will feature Darrell Nulisch & Band, as well as openers Watch City Blues.

Please join The Friends of Woburn Veterans Organization And The American Legion Riders Chapter 273 For a great ride to support our local Veterans. We are a 501 c (3) donating proceeds to local veterans causes. 

The United Veterans Council of Woburn and the Veteran’s Office of the City of Woburn, would like to invite you to participate in their annual Memorial Day parade and ceremonies on Monday May 25th, 2015.  

The parade will start at the Armory and march to Woburn Common for a ceremony, then proceed to Woodbrook Cemetery for a ceremony.  A bus will take them to the East Woburn Fire Station where they will muster and march to Calvary Cemetery with stops at the Jewish Cemetery and Knights of Columbus Memorial.


The Friends of Woburn Veterans will be hosting a Corn Hole Tournment on Sunday, July 27 from 1-6 pm at The Sons of Italy, located at 168 Lexington Street in Woburn. 100% of all funds raised will go to Veterans projects in Woburn, including the next scheduled restoration project of the USS Maine Cowl, located at Woburn Common.
