The Woburn Public Library will be holding a book signing featuring Susan Thifault, author of "Woburn High School: History, Pride, Tradition." The meet-and-greet will take place at the library on Thursday, December 15 from 3-5pm. Also in attendance will be research editor, Theresa Christerson.

50+ Years of Broadway Sunday, September 20 2:00 pm - 3:30pm David Polansky takes us on a musical journey made up of many of Americaʼs favorite Broadway hits from 1921 to 1978. Get nerdy with us! WPL's Innovation Series, developed in partnership with the Woburn Business Association, celebrates every algorithm, isotope, and motor keeping our local companies global contenders. On Thursday, June 4, at 6PM, meet Michael Queenan, an attorney with American Tower, which provides one of the largest networks of properties for connecting a mobile device to the Internet and telephone network. Last Fall, we learned about innovations in wireless technology, but now we will learn about the infrastructure necessary to connect to our devices and each other.

Everyone from high school students to job seekers to those interested in hearing about the present and future innovations in this field is welcome!

Light refreshments from the Corner Office Gourmet will be served, and handicapped access can be arranged by calling (781) 933-0148.
