Adult Creative Writing Workshop at Woburn Public Library

Starting at the end of January, the Woburn Public Library will begin hosting a Creative Writing Workshop for adults.

The group will meet on the fourth Saturday of every month, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The group aims will be to foster a love of creative writing and to encourage and support an interest in the written word. Supportive feedback discussions will be facilitated, and pieces will be critiqued, work-shopped and improved via group feedback.

Superhero Writing for Teens/RESCHEDULED for July

On Tuesday, December 30 at 7pm in Woburn Public Library's Study Hall, please join Attorney Melissa McNamee Venceslau from VenLaw Immigration Solutions for an informational presentation entitled "All about Obama's Executive Actions on Immigration." Whether you have questions about the impact these executive actions will have on your life or their effect on the country, this program will help answer them. While the presentation will be in English, Ms. McNamee Venceslau is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish and will be able to answer questions in those languages.
