Yoga for Kids

This great intro to basic poses encourages and develops flexibility, confidence, awareness, motor skills and physical fitness all disguised as fun and play! Yoga is a great gift to give your child. Yoga brings that inner light that all children have to surface. Bring a mat and water bottle.
