Pfizer vaccine clinics

For students, parents, and employees ages 12 and up

Mayor Scott Galvin and Superintendent of Schools Dr. Matthew Crowley have been collaborating with the Woburn Board of Health, and the MRC to offer three Pfizer vaccine clinics for students, parents, and employees ages 12 and up at the Woburn High School on Monday, 8/30/21 - Wednesday 9/1/21. Mass General Brigham will be supplying the vaccine, as they continue to partner with local communities to ensure that as many people as possible can be vaccinated. To date, MGB has helped to vaccinate over 400,000 people.

Increased vaccination rates are the most important tool to controlling and ending the Covid 19 pandemic in our City and across the Country. Furthermore, the MA Board of Education has recently indicated that an 80% vaccination rate of all students and staff is one of the important prerequisites for lifting the recently imposed mask requirements at our middle and high schools. Do your part to help end the pandemic and masking requirements by signing up for one of the following free clinics – the first 70 people to register will receive a $30 gift card

Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or bring a signed consent form with them in order to be vaccinated. We ask that you do pre-register, but walk-ins will be accepted. The clinics will be held in the auditorium at the Woburn High School, therefore we ask that all persons attending the clinic wear masks. Please make sure to wear short sleeves or dress so that the upper arm can be easily accessed. There is no charge for the vaccination, but we do ask that when you pre-register or walk-in register that you do come with your insurance card/information. After your shot you will be asked to stay with us for 15-30 minutes for observation, so please plan accordingly.
